Dans Penta General Services, Inc. (DANSPENTA) is the newest shipping company to operate Fastcraft Ferry in Davao, Southern part of the Philippines.

It was organized and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 26, 2009 for the purpose to engage in domestic shipping, operate high speed craft including ferry boat and water jet taxi as well as build and operate passenger terminals/ferry landings and other related services.

Dans Penta is duly registered/accredited with Maritime Industry Authority to engage in domestic shipping business last February 12, 2009.

Initial missionary route is from Lupon to Davao City and vice versa. Non-stop in one (1) hour and 15 minutes travel.
